Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class within the US and United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping options at rates set by the carrier. International Customers are not eligible for free shipping and must select one of the UPS International shipping options.

Orders with USPS First Class shipping should ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery.
Orders with UPS shipping should ship within 1 business day of receipt of payment.

Title to products passes from Seller to Customer on shipment from Seller's facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Seller is Seller's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer's responsibility. Customer must notify Seller within 14 days of the date of invoice or acknowledgement if Customer believes any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless Customer provides Seller with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, Customer is responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order, where applicable. Shipping dates are estimates only.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
If Customer is not fully satisfied with a Seller Product obtained through an authorized purchase, Customer must contact Seller in writing within fourteen (14) days of authorized purchase for a refund of the product price minus a 10% restocking fee upon Seller's receipt of returned Product. For Products shipped via common carrier, return shipping fee will be the responsibility of Seller only in the event that it is either determined that the return is the result of an error by Seller or otherwise agreed to between Seller and Customer. For electronic Products downloaded from Seller, the deactivation of serial number licensing will constitute a Product return.

Returns and refunds are not available for products shipped to customers outside the U.S.

SUCH PRODUCT, SOFTWARE, SERVICE, MAINTENANCE OR SUPPORT IS PROVIDED BY SELLER "AS IS" AND ANY THIRD-PARTY WARRANTIES, SERVICES, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OR SUPPLIER, NOT BY SELLER.
